MJ Yun - Master Trainer: I always try to teach integrated movements. To eliminate shoulder pain, back pain, or hip pain in your life It is important to know the correct posture. I have a lot of experience in teaching correct postures and correct movements. I have gained educational experience while teaching students in university and have good skills in training general instructor. Now change your body shape and make your life more comfortable.
YH Lee - Certified Instructor: YH met Pilates in 2011. Her life has been changed with Pilates and her body ,also. She can teach reformer pilates, cadilac pilates, chair pilates, barrel pilates, mat pilates, small stool pilates, bodyart level 1 and yoga. AJ Yu - Certified Instructor: Every single movement of human is beautiful and the body and the mind are linked each other, so i think it's very important to keep their balance. I also felt my body is changed a lot from exercising, so I became recognizable a delicate sense which from the nerve endings of my body. And i felt my heart is healed from that as well. I want to be a instructor who isn't only help you to use your body properly , but also can comfort you when you tired from anything and support you to have a beautiful mind.
HyeJin Jeon - Certified Instructor: HyeJin began practicing yoga diligently in 2004 for exercise and leisure. She was then enlightened by the numerous mental and physical benefits that made her fall in love with the practice of yoga. With a background in Ballet, she likes to focus on graceful transitions that strengthen, heal and stretch the body with energy and emotion. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, her goal is to have students leave each class feeling refreshed, renewed, calm and connected to their deepest self.
