Our Toronto facility can accommodate up to 140 people for various purposes. Whether your event involves a formal board meeting, a lecture hall setting, drinks and dancing, or team building and corporate experiences (that could include pottery, rock climbing or the use of our gym!), Ooch Downtown can host your next event.
Parking is available close by and the TTC is steps away. No smoking and no pets are permitted on site.
Spaces for Rent:
The main event space is a 4,200 square foot space with A/V system and fully equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodates up to 100 people. Tables, chairs, four 42’ wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and room dividers are available.
330 square foot space that can accommodate 20 to 28 people. The space includes A/V system, a teleconference phone and a white board. The room is connected to a sizeable breakout space, offered at additional cost.
This excellent 1260 square feet space for sports, team-building games, pottery and crafts can also be used as a meeting/breakout space.
Our two-story indoor rock climbing tower and bouldering area is a fun addition to our facility offerings. Don’t worry – we’ll supply the gear! Please note availability is subject to staffing.
This 3,500 square foot outdoor area has a small gazebo, can include seating and offers spectacular views of downtown Toronto. This space can accommodate up to 60 people.

Can I serve alcohol?
Yes, but you will require a Special Occasion Permit and a security guard. Please speak with us about our preferred security vendors.
What's the capacity of the full building?
Maximum of 140 people. Specific room capacities are dependant on the furniture set-up of the rooms.
Do you have audio/visual equipment?
Yes, we have a projector and screen, multiple TV screens, speakers, a microphone and a laptop.
How many tables and chairs do you have?
We have twelve 6′ tables and 75 chairs available for use throughout the building. The Board Room is typically set for 20 people around the Board Room table.
Do you have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, we do. It includes two ovens, two microwaves, a stove and a dishwasher in the Event Space.
Can I bring my own caterer/food?
Yes, you can. We can also suggest caterers that we use as well. *Please note that this facility is a nut-free environment.
