Designed by Val Shah, CEO & Founder of Val Shah Corp, DRŌM™ is a unique combination of drumming (the DRUM) and meditation (the OM) to energize, relieve stress, bring clarity, and foster confidence for people of all ages – all while having fun drumming on an exercise ball. It’s not a gym program. It’s not a fitness program. It’s a practice that combines movement and mindfulness to stimulates your body and brain, while giving you tools for being calm and present.

Experiences
ENERGIZER
This unique, active and engaging Energizer is designed to get your participants re-energized, focused and ready to absorb and continue learning! In just 10 - 15 minutes, we will get grounded through the breath, drum on tables and chairs to get energized, connected and create community and get still and calm. We will have participants laughing, feeling connected and re-energized! Using upbeat, popular music, customized dynamic rhythms and beats and giving time for calm, you will see how attendees will be empowered and in the moment!
DRŌM™ EXERCISER
This high energy, fun 40 - 50 minute Exerciser, designed for teams, will have participants moving their bodies, working their brains and practicing mindfulness techniques in a fun and easy way. Laughing and having fun together is the best way to strengthen relationships. There is no wrong way therefore everyone, regardless of age or ability, feels successful!

PHYSICAL
Using drumsticks and a fitness ball on a stand, participants move to the beat of energizing music. They get their hearts pumping and brain working in healthy, healing way. The benefits of this are well documented for its therapeutic ability to reduce fatigue, hostility, depression and other burnout symptoms, while leaving people energized and relaxed.
MENTAL
Drumming can make you smarter. It is a healthy workout for the brain. When you’re engaged in drumming, you access your entire brain, both the left and right hemisphere. This practice incorporates specifically designed binaural beats to help reduce anxiety and stress and promote positive feelings. Drumming has also been shown to be a great workout for your brain as it access your entire brain and synchronizing left and right hemispheres. Finally it can help to improve focus and concentration.
EMOTIONAL
There are times when you feel the weight of obstacles, whether physical or emotional, seem to be holding you back from achieving your goals. DRŌM™ is a breakthrough mind and body experience created to clear the cobwebs and bust through barriers to your hidden power.
