ABOUT CÉLINE WILLIAMS
Céline Williams worked in the corporate world for over a decade, holding progressively more senior roles, almost all of which were people-focused in some way (HR, change management, and stakeholder engagement). She learned a ton about business, but her biggest take-away was that most of us are looking for more joy, fulfillment, inspiration and connection in the workplace.
In 2014, Céline decided to step back into the world of entrepreneurship and started reVisionary, first working mainly with start-ups and entrepreneurs and then growing to serve all sizes of organizations in a variety of industries.
She feels strongly about creating space for people to show up wholly and completely as the best version of themselves, so that they can then enable that for other people as well. In her work as an executive coach, she helps people understand and break down the beliefs that are holding them back so they can think, show up, and operate differently in the world.

"Céline was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know the true 'why' of the pb+j vision and helped coach us forward as co-founders. Her work directly with our team in gathering insights and taking lead on developing our very first Culture Book, as well as acting as a sounding board during some key hires, was fundamental to helping us build the culture we continue to lean on and into today."
