The Night Cap

Finally, delight in your new-found ability to discover and delineate the complex aromas and flavours of Scotch Whisky for our blind tasting using a Whisky Nosing Kit. This is the only nosing kit used by Whisky Ambassadors and industry professionals.

About Stuart Brown

Stuart Brown was trained over a decade ago by Master Distillers and Master Blenders at the famed Cardhu Distillery, in Speyside, for Johnnie Walker and the Classic Malts - becoming their first Canadian National Scotch Ambassador.

Stuart is now the National Whisky Consultant for Johnnie Walker and the Malts, the trainer for the Ambassador Programme and the lead whisky consultant on vintage product releases. His knowledge and expertise is like no other.

He has toured the country extensively from coast to coast mentoring private functions as well as countless consumer events for thousands of Scotch enthusiasts.

Stuart has been part of the Master Class Program at Whisky Live, Spirit of Toronto, Victoria Whisky Festival, New Brunswick Whisky Festival - to name a few.

Stuart is considered among the most engaging Whisky presenters in the country delivering his events with a passion for the spirit unequaled by others.

The Scotch Experience is proud to offer specially selected eating delights designed and produced by our culinary team. Chef Darryl Fletcher known to many as ChefD heads up a team of Chefs that will design a menu to suit the different variant flavour profiles for your event.

Chocolate Pairings: Sandra Abballe Chef / Chocolatier Succulent Chocolates

Pair the different variants with some of the finest chocolates created by Chef/Chocolatier Sandra Abballe from Succulent Chocolates, winner of Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal awards at the International Chocolate Awards, Canadian Division.

The Final Touch

To finish off your evening, the final touch would be a cigar to mark the occasion, rolled by Stuart's personal cigar roller or a personalized box of cigars.
