Angelo can lead entertaining and instructional seminars for participants with any level of experience. All classes are tailored to your particular needs.

ITALIAN COOKING CLASSES: pasta making, sausage making, risotto, pasta sauces, salumi tasting and salumi making workshops.

These classes are simply fun!  The tools used are simple and traditional, and will give the group an appreciation of how creating a meal together from scratch is the ultimate social experience. You will never see a Cuisinart or a blender in Angelo’s classes … but a classical guitar could appear and the singing will start! Ideal for corporate team building, or a gathering of friends or family for private parties.
